I've gotten rid of the trade voting process. There is so little time between weeks to make a trade. Giving owners a few days to vote delays the whole process. The only reason for a vote is to prevent collusion. I can do that alone as Commissioner.

So from now on, trades only have to be approved by me. If I am party to a trade, a yet-to-be-determined co-Commissioner will insure fairness.
